Head Chef - Relocate To Cotswolds
We are looking for a talented and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen at our award-winning gastro pub in the Cotswolds. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and driven chef to take charge of a well-established kitchen, delivering seasonal, locally sourced dishes in a relaxed yet high-quality dining environment.

What We Are Looking For:
Experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a similar setting
2-3 Rosette experience
A passion for fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients
Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop a team
Ability to manage kitchen operations, including stock control, costings, and compliance
A hands-on approach with a focus on consistency and quality
