Our client specialises in the design, supply, and installation of a wide range of off-site prefabricated solutions for the commercial M&E sectors throughout Ireland, UK and mainland Europe. They are looking to on-board a 12 month fixed term contract talent acquisition specialist into their Banbridge offices in Northern Ireland!

The Role!

This role is a full time 12 month fixed term contract that will see you managing multiple campaigns for recruitment across the UK, Ireland and parts of mainland Europe. You will be working closely with hiring managers to fully understand requirements and timelines and using the tools at your disposal to ensure as many roles as possible are filled internally. You will also have the opportunity to build relationships with external agencies as you lean on them for support with harder to fill roles. You will also have to manage reports on time to hire and other recruitment KPI's.
