Welding Inspector (Quality Assurance)

Do you have previous experience of weld inspection on mechanical systems?

This business specialises in providing turnkey solutions across the complete service lifecycle, ranging from installation and maintenance, to management of commercial and industrial-scale sites across the UK and Europe. Due to continued success they are now looking to expand their well-established contracts team.

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet quality standards following the production process. It will be part of your job to raise any quality issues to the prefabrication manager.

The ideal candidate will have at least one years experience working in a similar role within the M&E or Manufacturing sectors. You must also have minimum grade C in Maths and English at GCSE or equivalent. It would also be advantageous if you have had exposure to weld inspection and an understanding of mechanical or electrical schematics.

The Role:
*Supervise production process, raising any quality issues
*Record all quality stages are recorded on electronic tracking system
*Presentation of information collated from the quality process

The Person:
*Experience in a similar role within M&E or manufacturing industry
*CSWIP 3.1 / 3.2
*Full UK Driving License
*Good mathematical and technical skills
