Business Services Senior - BanburySalary: £34,000 - £46,000 (Dependent on Experience)

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, providing expert accounting and advisory services, and taking on increasing responsibility within a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of year-end accounts for a variety of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
  • Reviewing and assisting with VAT returns and tax computations
  • Providing business advisory support to clients, helping them make informed financial decisions
  • Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact for queries
  • Supervising and mentoring junior staff, supporting their training and development
Skills & Experience:
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a UK Practice environment
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Assisting with business development activities
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or similar
