Background
- AAT qualified or part qualified CIMA/ACCA
- 3+ years experience as a management accountant delivering P&L's/balance sheets with experience of budgets/forecasts
- Excellent excel skills with experience of building reports
- Experience of reconciliation, maintaining financial controls, managing accruals, journal postings, cost management and project accounting
Duties
- Reporting to the financial business partner, you will be maintaining financial controls and communicating results with all management levels
- Lead the production and delivery of accurate management accounts and weekly KPI's
- Manage accruals, prepayment and balance sheet reconciliations with journal postings
- Cost management and project accounting
- Monitor and report on variances to budget
- Oversee production of weekly creditors reports for review and reconcile to control account
- Completion of company VAT/Intrastat returns for submission to HMRC
- Management of company bank accounts
- Responsible for the management of the AP ledger
