Part-Qualified Audit Senior - Banbury

The Role

Join a growing audit and accounts team working with clients across a wide range of industries, including the not-for-profit sector. This is not a role where you'll be stuck doing the same thing every day - expect a mix of audit, assurance, statutory accounts, and tax, giving you the exposure you need to build your expertise. Key responsibilities include:

  • Audit Planning - Assessing risks, setting materiality, and designing effective tests.
  • Audit Fieldwork - Leading teams, making key decisions, and ensuring high-quality documentation.
  • File Completion - Summarising key findings for director review.
  • Client Relationships - Building strong relationships and delivering a high-quality service.
  • Budgetary Control - Managing time and budgets efficiently.
  • Accounts & Tax - Preparing Limited company accounts, Corporation Tax computations, and personal tax returns.
What We're Looking For
  • Part-qualified ACA/ACCA with at least two years of audit experience in practice.
  • Strong IT skills - ideally familiar with Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, and CCH.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
  • An interest in mentoring and supporting junior team members.
  • A full UK driving licence is beneficial for client site visits.
