Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for organisation and problem-solving? We’re seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic team and play a key role in managing the order process. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for multitasking, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor multiple inboxes and forward emails to the relevant stakeholders for prompt action.
  • Daily invoicing of orders to ensure all customer orders are processed efficiently.
  • Create packing lists and email them to customers to ensure smooth order dispatch.
  • Manage weekly invoicing and ensure accuracy in billing.
  • Monitor orders and take appropriate action to resolve any issues.
  • Create and update daily orderbooks, ensuring all new orders are captured and processed.
  • Maintain and update staff sales pricing and stock levels as required.
  • Handle and distribute the daily post, ensuring timely delivery

About You:

  • Strong organisational skills with an exceptional eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
  • Experience with SAP or similar order management systems (desirable but not essential).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
