Are you ready to take the next step in your finance career? Join a thriving business in Banbury as a Purchase Ledger Administrator. Reporting to the Group Finance Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting key business functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage supplier accounts.
  • Process and scan invoices using document management systems.
  • Reconcile supplier statements, investigate discrepancies, and liaise with stakeholders.
  • Arrange invoice approvals and process both sterling and foreign payments.
  • Assist with customer debt collection and provide administrative support.
  • Generate reports and analysis on overdue creditors, payment patterns, and more.
  • Handle supplier queries professionally via phone and email.

What We're Looking For

  • Confidence and excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • 1-2 years purchase ledger administration experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Excel and a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
