Red Recruitment is recruiting an ambitious sales driven individual to join a premier Contact Centre outsourcing business who are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to their clients. This role is Monday - Friday on a temporary to permanent basis in Banbury. You will be joining the business during a period of fast growth, giving you lots of potential for opportunities and progression in the future.

The suitable candidate will have previous sales experience and have strong communication skills, you will need to be enthusiastic and possess an outstanding phone manner.

The start date for this position is ASAP, the salary is 26,000 per annum with an OTE of 32,000 - 35,000.

Benefits and Package for a Business Development Executive:

  • Salary: 26,000 per annum plus uncapped commission 32,000 - 35,000
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, hours between 8.30am - 5.30pm
  • Contract Type: Temporary to permanent

Key Responsibilities of a Business Development Executive:

  • Playing a pivotal role in working alongside the Sales team driving company growth for multiple clients
  • Conducting calls and emails to generate leads
  • Utilising product knowledge and campaign information to engage potential clients and address their needs
  • collaborating with team members and campaign managers to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing excellent service

Key Skills and Experience of a Business Development Executive:

  • Proven experience in a sales or client relationship management preferably in an outbound sales environment is required
  • Exceptional communication skills with a friendly and persuasive phone manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients quickly
  • Enthusiasm and passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
