The business has been operating successfully for over 25 years, and due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an Inside Sales Representative to join their team on a full-time permanent basis, based in Banbury. The ideal candidate would have previous experience working in a telesales environment, conducting searches for new prospects to generate new sales leads. This is a great opportunity to join a business who can provide further career development and offer a great working environment.   Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to new prospects to introduce the company’s products/services.
  • Through lead generation entice new prospects through targeted communication strategies and qualify for the sales pipeline.
  • Understand the company’s products and services to successfully pitch and answer any questions from new prospects.
  • Negotiate and persuade new prospects whilst handling any objections during the sales meeting, to obtain the client.
  • Keep the CRM system up to date with detailed notes after each sales meeting, ensuring accuracy in tracking of the sales process.
  • Meet daily, weekly and monthly KPI targets for outbound calls, any qualified new leads and appointments booked.
  • Complete follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer any additional questions and convert them into prospected appointments/sales for the future.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Previous telesales (B2B) experience required.
  • Previous experience working to targeted KPIs– daily, weekly, monthly.
  • Prior experience using a CRM, sales software and other office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving, organisation, and planning skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills both internally and with customers.
  • Demonstrated ownership, initiative, organisation, and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Preferred experience in an outbound call centre or order desk environment.
  • Ability to interact with a wide variety of people and highly communicable.
  • Self-starter, conscientious, approachable, and enthusiastic
