We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Delivery and Demonstration Driver to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and collecting professional cleaning equipment to clients across the South East. Additionally, you will provide demonstrations and training to customers on equipment usage, maintenance, and safety.

Location

Ideally you will be located near to Banbury, where your day starts. Here you will load up and deliver across the South East using a vehicle dependent on load

Key Responsibilities for the Delivery and Demonstration Driver

  • Efficient and comprehensive delivery and collection of cleaning equipment
  • Demonstrating equipment usage, daily maintenance, charging processes, and safe storage
  • Addressing customer queries and providing guidance on equipment usage
  • Documenting any damage during collection to ensure accurate billing
  • Completing training documents and staying updated on new products
  • Assisting the sales team with equipment demonstrations
  • Ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining excellent communication
  • Loading and unloading the vehicle safely in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines
  • Providing the best-in-class experience to customers during machine hires

Experience, skills and attributes required for the Delivery and Demonstration Driver

  • Full UK driving license and valid CPC card required
  • Category C license
  • Happy to drive a variety of vehicles (truck, van, trailer dependent on load)
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and excellent timekeeping
  • Confident and proactive mindset
  • Loyal and looking for a long term career

Hours:

  • Contracted hours 40 hours week, Monday to Friday start and finish times are flexible to suit
  • OTE paid for any additional hours
