We are looking for a Delivery (Van and Trailer) Driver to support the collection and delivery of cars and parts to different locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver body shells, cars and panels to tight deadlines
  • Ensure the delicate body panels are transported without being damaged
  • Ensure vehicles and equipment is checked daily and defect book completed
  • Ensure that all vehicles are kept in a permanently clean and presentable condition, both inside and out (clean van every Friday)
  • Assist with the general upkeep of the truckie bay and compound when onsite
  • Assist as required, with any other day to day activities under guidance from the Operations Director
  • Adopt safe working practices at all times in compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policy, highlighting any matter of concern relating to safety of equipment or safety procedures they cannot resolve
  • Interact with other departments, in turn ensuring there are no un-necessary delays
  • Adhoc duties as specified by the Operations Director
  • Maintain and improve site standards in accordance with company expectations

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate will possess a B+E licence (C+E would be advantageous but not essential) and digital tachograph card. You will have previous experience in a similar role, and be flexible and willing to work additional hours if needed.
