The Role
- Running and managing the kitchen in support of Head Chef
- Encouraging and managing the team
- Ensuring preparation is to an exceptional standard.

The Person
- You will already be a Sous Chef
- Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills,
- Experience of working in Restaurants, ideally to exceptional standard,
- Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude,
