Are you an Account Manager that understands industrial technology and a knack for building relationships?

We're seeking a talented individual to join our growing team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales and technical expertise. You'll manage and develop sales within a designated territory, working with clients across industries who utilize industrial automation and control solutions. Your ability to understand their needs and translate them into effective solutions will be key to success.

In this role, you'll be expected to:

  • Navigate the technical landscape: You'll have a solid understanding of industrial automation and control systems, including Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), sensors, actuators, and industrial networking protocols. While specific product knowledge is a plus, we can provide training on our offerings.
  • Become a trusted advisor: By understanding your clients' unique challenges and goals, you'll identify the perfect blend of automation solutions to optimize their operations. This may involve recommending specific products, crafting customized solutions, or leveraging the expertise of our product specialists.
  • Speak the customer's language: You'll bridge the gap between technical jargon and clear communication, ensuring your clients understand how your solutions will directly benefit their business.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Sales experience in a B2B environment (knowledge of Control and Automation a plus)
  • Strong understanding of industrial automation and control systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear and concise language
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload effectively
