With a strong reputation and a highly engaged network, they provide essential services that help their members stay competitive, connected, and informed. This field-based role will involve regular travel across the UK to meet with existing members, ensuring they maximise the benefits of their membership while identifying and securing new opportunities. Attendance at key industry events, both in the UK and Europe, will also be a key part of this role. Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members, ensuring engagement and retention.
  • Identify and recruit new members, developing tailored approaches to showcase the benefits of membership.
  • Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and meetings across the UK and Europe to strengthen partnerships.
  • Work closely with internal teams to promote membership services, training programmes, and industry initiatives.
  • Gather market insights, monitor competitor activity, and contribute to the strategic development of membership offerings.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reports on membership engagement, retention, and growth.
 Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, Account Management, or membership engagement.
  • A strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Confident in face-to-face meetings, networking, and delivering presentations.
  • Self-motivated and highly organised, with the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the UK, with occasional European trips.
  • Experience in a membership organisation or professional association is desirable but not essential.
