- Work closely with internal teams to promote membership services, training programmes, and industry initiatives.
- Gather market insights, monitor competitor activity, and contribute to the strategic development of membership offerings.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reports on membership engagement, retention, and growth.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, Account Management, or membership engagement.
- A strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Confident in face-to-face meetings, networking, and delivering presentations.
- Self-motivated and highly organised, with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the UK, with occasional European trips.
- Experience in a membership organisation or professional association is desirable but not essential.
