Red Recruitment is recruiting a Sales Executive to join our client, a proud premier contact centre outsourcing business located in Banbury. The ideal candidate will be sales and results-driven with a proven track record in achieving targets.
The salary for this position is 11.53 per hour and is a temporary to permanent position.

- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts between the hours of 8am - 7pm

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Executive:
- Developing and implementing effective sales processes to drive outbound sales
- Taking lead for sales delivery, achieving conversions
- Completing a high volume of outbound cold calls to prospective customers
- Working closely with sales management to achieve individual and team-orientated goals
Key Skills and Experience of a Sales Executive:
- You should have a minimum of 1 year experience in an outbound business development role
- You should have strong delivery with your communication as well as interpersonal skills
- Ideally, you will be proficient in analysing sales tactics and performance metrics
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is required
- The proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs is required
