The Role: Based from their modern offices in Banbury, you'll be part of a team of sales professionals, growing your own portfolio of key accounts across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop your own portfolio of strategic accounts
- Help create and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Work closely with service and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Regular reporting on sales performance and market trends
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven sales management experience, ideally within material handling or related industrial sectors
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Strong presentation and communication abilities
- Full UK driving licence essential
