NVQ LEVEL 3 Child Care Worker
We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide care and support in a childcare setting.
You must have a passion for working with children & be enthusiastic.
Monday- Friday 8-hour shifts .
39 hours per week. Permanent position
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide attentive care to children in a nurturing and safe environment.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities to promote their physical, emotional, and social development.
- Demonstrate leadership skills by effectively managing and supervising children during daily routines. such as play time , nap time and meal times .
- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and children to ensure a positive childcare experience.
- Oversee nursery activities and maintain a clean and organized childcare space.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience working with children is preferred but not required; consistency and reliability are essential.
- Knowledge of early childhood education practices is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing the well-being of children.
- Passion for childcare and creating a supportive environment for young learners.
- Fluency in English is required to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Enhanced DBS
-NVQ level 3
Pay is starting at 24.600
