My client is recruiting for x 2 experienced Groundworkers (CSCS / CPCS) to work on a busy housing project in Middleton Cheney. The works is for a few months and can start TOMORROW (11th March).
HOURLY RATE : £20.00 per hour (CIS)
LOCATION : Middleton Cheney
DATE COMMENCING : 11th March 2025
LENGTH OF CONTRACT : 1-2 months - possibly longer dependant on performance
HOURS OF WORK :
· 7:30am - 16:30pm
· Book 9 hours per day
JOB DESCRIPTION : Groundworker
You will be required to do all back ground works on new housing plots - slabbing, curbs and edgings. Previous experience in doing this would be beneficial, also if you have a Dumper and Roller, that would help too
REQUIREMENTS : Groundworker
· CSCS / CPCS Card
· PPE
· Housing experience
· Groundworks knowledge
· Groundworker tools
PERSON SPECIFICATION : Groundworker
