Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers and the in-house transport department, ensuring clarity and timely resolution of queries.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining an exceptional level of customer service.
  • Utilise IT skills to navigate in-house software and Microsoft Office packages for daily operations.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Employ persuasion skills to effectively resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.

About You:

  • Strong communication skills are essential; you should be comfortable engaging with various customers, suppliers and internal departments.
  • Experience of working within a complex, fast-paced logistics and warehousing environment would be highly advantageous.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • IT literate.
  • An adaptable individual who can thrive in a busy environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • A calm demeanour, with the ability to manage pressure without frustration.

Working Hours and Salary:

  • Salary: £26,250 per annum
  • Hours: Monday to Friday working either 8am - 4pm or 10am - 6pm shift.

Location:

  • Based in a brand-new facility in Banbury and easily accessible from Warwick, Towcester, Bicester, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Moreton-In-Marsh, Shipston-On-Stour and neighbouring towns.
