CNC Machinist, Banbury. OX16, Oxfordshire. £18 - £20 per hour.Day Shifts.

  • CNC Machinist, CNC Setter / CNC Operator role day shift (Monday Thursday 7am 5:15pm, no work on a Friday)
  • Working for one of the best manufacturing businesses in Banbury that have recently invested in their manufacturing site and have an extremely clean, bright and safe working environment.
  • Continuous improvement & progression culture they develop and train their machinists so that they can progress within the business long term, the average length of tenure across the whole business is 10+ years, so this isnt a company people tend to leave!
  • A wide range of CNC machinery, smaller batches, precise tolerances and a wide variety of parts to work with you wont be machining the same thing day in day out!
  • Ideally you will have a Multi axis CNC background and be based near to Banbury in Oxfordshire.


This CNC Machinist role will suit:

  • A CNC Machinist, CNC Engineer, CNC setter / operator based near to Banbury, Oxford.
  • Able to set, operate and some exposure to programming of multi axis CNC machines.
  • Working to fine tolerances, you will need to be able to interpret engineering drawings.
  • Technically astute able to use Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore micrometers.
  • Any experience working with Fanuc controls or similar.
  • Apprentice trained engineer looking to progress within a skilled role, plenty of training and development on offer.
