Your new company
You will be working for a well-recognised Tier One Contractor who has a huge pipeline of work on HS2 and wider areas within the Civil Engineering industry. They are currently managing an 80KM stretch of HS2 where they are managing the utility diversion works involving water, gas and telecomms.
Your new role
You will be working on utility diversion projects and as a Project Manager you will be responsible for, but not limited to, producing financial forecasts, monitoring and controlling project costs and cost reporting, developing and maintaining construction programmes, ensuring detailed site diaries/records are completed as well as reviewing progress, budget resources and forward planning. You will be working on HS2 Utility Diversion projects therefore you will have a mixture of time spent working in the office and on site.What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will have experience of utility diversion projects, including water, gas and telecoms, in a management-level role and have a valid Black CSCS Card and SMSTS. In addition, you will have good working knowledge of CDM regulations, risk management and control as well as knowledge of NEC contracts. Finally, you will possess excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
