- Lead and manage industrial equipment installation projects from initial client consultation through to final delivery, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Develop detailed and accurate equipment designs and layouts using AutoCAD, ensuring alignment with client requirements and site conditions.
- Conduct on-site surveys and collaborate with clients to tailor design solutions that are both cost-effective and value-driven.
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and logistics by liaising with suppliers, factories, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide technical expertise and innovative design solutions to address client challenges, enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Prepare comprehensive project proposals, including pricing, timelines, and technical specifications, balancing profitability with client value.
- Support the sales process by identifying new project opportunities and assisting in the conversion of enquiries into active projects.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout project lifecycles, ensuring high service standards and addressing any issues proactively.
- Proven experience in project management or design roles within industrial, manufacturing, or engineering sectors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating technical equipment layouts and project designs.
- Background in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical engineering is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborative team player with the confidence to manage projects independently.
- Flexibility to travel extensively across the UK and Ireland for client visits and site assessments.
- A full, clean UK driving licence is required.
