Our client is a successful multi-office law firm in the Midlands and are looking for a new and talented individual to join their friendly, supportive and growing team.
This role is to join the Property / Conveyancing team which are booming! As an experiencedSolicitoryour duties will include:
- Supporting the Head of Unit and also working off your own initiative on your own caseload;
- Provide expert conveyancing advice to clients throughout the transaction process;
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and other property related documents;
- Reviewing searches and Land Registry applications;
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other parties to ensure smooth transactions;
- Market the conveyancing services and build new professional relationships to increase revenue;
- Provide training and support to junior members of the team.
Requirements
- Licensed Conveyancer/CILEX qualified conveyancer or Solicitor
- Minimum 3 years Post Qualification Experience / PQEOR REQUISITE CONVEYANCING EXPERIENCE;
- Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proven ability to manage a caseload efficiently;
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
- Full Driving Licence.
