Red Recruitment is recruiting Arabic-speaking Customer Service Advisors in Banbury to join our client on a temporary basis. Our client is a proud premier contact centre outsourcing business.
You will provide customers with support, solutions, and excellent customer service via phone, email, and webchat. The hourly rate is 11.53 per hour, and this is a temporary position.
You must be fully fluent in Arabic to be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities of an Arabic-speaking Customer Service Advisor:
- Being the first point of contact for customers calling regarding their pensions or trust funds
- Communicating to customers in both English and Arabic via phone, email and webchat
- Handling a variety of pension-related queries and supporting these customers
- Providing solutions to suit each customer and their query
- Ensuring customers are receiving excellent customer service at all times
Key Skills and Experience of an Arabic-speaking Customer Service Advisor:
- You must be fully fluent in both Arabic and English
