- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently
- Providing detailed product information and guidance
- Processing orders and managing customer accounts
- Coordinating with suppliers and participating in production meetings
- Performing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records
- Proven office-based customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Teams
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
