Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced Customer Service Administrator to work for a Manufacturing Market leading organisation in Banbury, Oxfordshire.

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Customer Service Administrator to join our client's team in Banbury. In this role, you will support the customer service team with a variety of administrative duties, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for customer service.

Role: Customer Service Administrator

Salary: £22,500 - £26,000 per annum

Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire

Hours: Mon - Fri (37.5 hours per week)

Holiday Entitlement: 25 days plus bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:

  • Answer incoming calls and take messages.
  • Generate customer reports.
  • Prepare and manage documentation.
  • Perform data input tasks.
  • Support the customer service team with various administrative duties.

About you:

  • Good all-round computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel (intermediate level Excel and above would be an advantage).
  • Experience of using SAP an advantage.
  • Previous Customer Service and Administrative experience.
  • Excellent telephone/email manner.
