Customer Service Advisor - Banbury - Basic £22k plus commission (OTE upto £32K)
Our client is the UK’s largest manufacturer in their field, offering innovative, eco-friendly solutions to the construction industry, and due their busy and expanding workload they are seeking an additional Customer Service Advisor to support their team.
The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for responding to customer queries
and building relationships with customers and delivering outstanding customer service.
The successful Customer Service Advisor will be used to working within a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer queries
- Building relationships with customers and delivering outstanding customer service
- Estimating materials required to complete jobs
- Organising and send out samples for customers
- Generating quotations and process orders for new and existing customers
- Updating the company’s administrative online system (CRM)
- Enquiry follow up via phone and email.

Package on offer:
- £22,000 annual salary + (OTE bonus between 5k-10k per annum)
- 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays)

- 9am to 5pm – Monday to Thursday. 9am to 2.30pm on Friday
