Customer Service Support Advisor - Banbury - Basic £22k plus bonus (OTE upto £32K)
Our clientis the UKs largest manufacturer in their field, offering innovative, eco-friendly solutions to the construction industry, and due their busy and expanding workload they are seeking an additionalCustomer Service Support Advisorto supporttheir team.
TheCustomer Service Support Advisorwill be responsible for responding to customer queries
and building relationships with customers and delivering outstanding customer service.
The successful Customer Service Advisor will be used to working within a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer queries
- Building relationships with customers and delivering outstanding customer service
- Estimating materials required to complete jobs
- Organising and send out samples for customers
- Generating quotations and process orders for new and existing customers
- Updating the companys administrative online system (CRM)
- Enquiry follow up via phone and email.

- be able to build relationships with customers
- be experienced working within a high paced office environment
- have a good level of excel skills
Full training will be given
Package on offer:
- Basic £22k plus Bonus/Commission (OTE upto £32K)
- 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
- Pension
- Regular company social events
- 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday. 9am to 2.30pm on Friday
