Do you have experience within Electronics Engineering?  Are you someone who has the knowledge and understanding of electronic drawings and test equipment?   Our client is a leading custom design and manufacturer in their field, selling their products to a wide range of industries across the globe. The business has been operating successfully for over 25 years, and due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an Electronics Engineer to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. The ideal candidate would have previous experience testing, fault finding and repairing electrical equipment and be able to complete repair documentation. This is a great opportunity to join a business who can provide further career development and offer a great working environment.  Key Responsibilities:
  • To test, fault find and repair electronic assemblies.
  • Complete repair documentation.
  • Inspecting and testing new assemblies from clients, to then define specifications and fix where necessary.
  • Produce and write test procedures for new and existing equipment.
  • Provide assistance with new product development.
  • Occasionally will be required to liaise with customers/clients directly, to assist and support with their equipment.
  • Help with continuous improvement of existing assembly and build documentation.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Ideally looking for a candidate with a HND in Electronics or equivalent.
  • Hold a UK Driving License – as it is a dual site position.
  • Strong problem-solving, organisation, and planning skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills both internally and with customers.
  • Be competent in understanding electronic circuit drawings and electrical drawings.
  • Experience in understanding electronic test equipment and diagnostic tools.
  • Be competent in MS Office Applications, such as Word, Excel and Outlook.

  • Monday to Friday – 8:45am-4:45pm.
