Sonic Summary

The company is seeking 3-5 experienced Field Service Engineers to service and repair industrial equipment across the UK and Ireland.
Candidates must have experience in both electrical and mechanical engineering, as well as previous field-based work experience.
The role offers a salary with the potential to earn around £15K a year in overtime.
Working hours are Monday to Friday with one weekend a month, totaling a 40-hour work week and 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays.

If so, read on. Our client is a leading custom design and manufacturer in their field, selling their products to a wide range of clients across the UK & Ireland. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit 3- 5 experienced Field Service Engineers to join their team. This role is responsible for the service, repair and support of a range of Industrial equipment. Main Responsibilities:

Servicing, Maintaining and repairing Industrial equipment
Installing and commissioning of new equipment
Speaking directly to clients and handling complaints
Fault finding, diagnosing and technical problem-solving of electromechanical equipment
Field-based, travelling the UK and Ireland

Skills & Experience:

Must have experience in Electrical and Mechanical engineering
Must have previous experience as a Field based position
Previous experience in Industrial or commercial workplace
Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently to resolve customer issues
A methodical approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting
A flexible approach to hours worked, including some weekends
Willingness to travel UK
Clean full UK Driving License

Additional Information:

Please note the Head office is based in Banbury but the role will cover the entire UK
Around £15K a year in overtime
