Associate Architect Job in North Oxfordshire

This award-winning RIBA Chartered Practice, based in the Oxfordshire countryside, has an Associate Architect job available to take a leading role in their residential team. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-quality residential projects, including bespoke one-off homes, high-end conservation schemes, and small-scale developments. This would suit an Associate or Senior Architect looking to develop their career working on high quality projects.

Based in the Oxfordshire countryside, The practice focus on a mix of residential and conservation projects. They are now seeking a Senior or Associate Architect to join the team and take a lead role in its residential team.



Role & Responsibilities

  • Working on a residential project
  • Taking projects across all stages from concept to completion across all RIBA stages
  • Communicating with clients and developing additional business opportunities
  • Offer guidance and direction to other project members
  • Overseeing teams project teams
  • Using Vectorworks on a daily basis.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of UK project experience
  • Experience in working across all RIBA stages
  • Ability to lead projects and teams
  • Confident communicator
  • Residential is essential and conservation project experience would be beneficial
  • Ability to use Vectorworks would be beneficial but training will be given
  • Experience working on traditional building designs.
  • Due to location you will require your own transport.
