Proven experience of operations management in exhibitions & events
Proven people management experience
Strong leadership skills
Numerate, proven experience of P&L, numerate understanding and budgetary control
Business management and acumen skills
Strong entrepreneurial skills -
IT literate; Microsoft Office (Excel - intermediate/advanced, PowerPoint, Word, Email)
Line management experience.
Understanding of current health and safety procedures
