The Role 

They are now looking for an experienced Senior Event Manager to lead across a wide range of events. Working as part of a close knit team this is a broad role with responsibilities including:

-          Taking briefs and creating proposals

-          Client management and communication

-          End to end event management

-          Leading timelines, schedules and project deadlines

-          Sourcing venues, including effective negotiation and contract details 

-          Selecting and managing suppliers

-          Communicating with internal teams to ensure project briefs are followed accurately

-          Delivering full event logistics

-          Managing and reconciling multi-currency budgets

-          Onsite management

The Candidate

Candidates must have a proven background of delivering events from concept to completion, including budget management and reconciliation. Exposure to a broad range of events would be highly beneficial however we are looking for candidates who are naturally innovative and have the creative flair to think outside the box, making each event as unique as the last! Event agency experience is essential and any exposure to the automotive industry would be an added benefit but is not a requirement for the role.
