24-7 Recruitment are currently recruiting Production Operative for Magna Exteriors, a well known Banbury based Automotive company in Banbury, OX16 2SP.

Our client is a leading Automotive supplier in 28 countries, supplying and building bumpers and spoilers for leading car brands such as BMW, Rolls Royce, Aston Martin, Mini, Mercedes and many more.

Previous experience in a Warehouse environment in a role such as Picker, packer, Production Op, warehouse operative or Labourer will be of benefit but not essential.

As a Production Operative you will work:

Pay Rate Ranges from £11.55 - £23.10 per hour
Work on a double day shift (week 1) 06:00-14:00 / (week 2) 14:00 - 22:00
Work on a 3-shift rotation basis (week 1) 06:00-14:00 / (week 2) 14:00-22:00 / (week 3) 22:00-06:00
Night Shift role - Sunday to Thursday 22:00-06:00 or 23:00-07:00
40 hours a week minimum

As a Production Operative you will be in Banbury, OX16 2SP:

Picking and Packing Automotive parts
Quality Checking items
Painting items
Use of Machinery
Be responsible for correct labelling of parts
Assembling the bumpers for various brands
Assist in training with new staff members

As a Production Operative you will require in Banbury, OX16 2SP:

A good level of written and spoken English
Be able to multitask
Be able to lone work
Be able to work as part of a team
