Role Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality service to a portfolio of agriculture and property clients
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for day-to-day queries
  • Review accounts and tax returns for corporate and unincorporated clients, identifying business and tax planning opportunities
  • Manage, mentor, and appraise junior team members, fostering their professional development
  • Assist partners with specific assignments, including business planning and advisory matters
  • Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and ensure timely billing to clients
  • Oversee project timelines, ensuring deadlines for tax returns, P11ds, and reporting requirements are met
  • Support business development initiatives through networking and marketing activities

  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving, active listening, and communication skills, coupled with a knack for building rapport and trust
