FINANCE MANAGER - UP TO £420/DAY - ASAP START DATE - BANBURY

Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a brilliant business in Banbury that are looking for a full-time Finance Manager to join the team ASAP for a short assignment.

Responsibilities:

Management Accounts preparation and reporting.
Preparing budgets and forecasting.
Managing a team of 2 transactional staff (responsible for AP and AR/Credit Control).
Year-end accounting.
Leading on the audit and dealing with auditors.
Partnering with the Operations Director.
Key analysis of manufacturing costs; labour costs; product costing; cost pricing; sales analysis etc.

Requirements:

Experienced all-round finance user MS D365/FO.
Advanced general ledger skills.
Advanced accounts payable skills.
Advanced accounts receivable skills.
Balance sheet reconciliation/specification.
Good level of excel skills.
Problem solver.
Self-starter/able to work independent without daily supervision.
