Job Title:Â FLT Counterbalance Driver

Salary: £12.84 ph
Hours:Â 1.55pm-10pmÂ
Job Type:Â Full-Time Monday-Friday / Temporary to PermanentÂ
Are you an experienced FLT Driver looking for a new opportunity in a fast-paced logistics and supply chain environment? We are currently recruiting FLT Drivers for a leading global supply chain company that provides innovative and efficient logistics solutions across multiple industries, including automotive, defence, and consumer goods.
The Role:
As an FLT Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods within the warehouse and yard. You will play a key role in maintaining stock accuracy and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating forklift trucks to move, load, and unload stock safely
- Â Transporting goods within the warehouse and loading/unloading vehicles
- Â Conducting pre-use equipment checks and reporting any faults
- Using warehouse management systems to record stock movement
- Â Ensuring all goods are stored correctly and safely
- Â Always adhering to health and safety regulations
- Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
Requirements:
- Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance / Reach / VNA – specify as required)
- Previous experience working as an FLT Driver in a warehouse environment
- Good spatial awareness and ability to work safely in a busy environment
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work as part of a team and meet deadlines
- Â Flexibility to work shifts and weekends if required
