Cover Supervisor

TeacherActive is proud to be working in partnership with a range of secondary schools across Banbury, and we are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to join our trusted network of education professionals.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience without the responsibility of lesson planning or marking. As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre-set lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure students remain focused and on task during teacher absences.

What we’re looking for:

• CACHE Level 2/3 qualification or a minimum of 6 month's experience working with young people
• Confidence managing classrooms with students aged 11–16+
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• Flexibility to work across different departments and year groups as required
