Our Financial Services client is seeking an experienced Firewall Design Engineer to support a firewall migration experience of Check Point.
The role will include analysis of existing estate, matching requirements from agreed solutions, and designing replacement strategies and changes, with an appropriate eye for detail to ensure a seamless migration between technologies.
Previous experience working within Financial Services with demonstrable experience at a design level on Firewall hardware migration activities is highly desirable.
Your Essential Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience working within UK Financial Services
- Understanding of Checkpoint firewall and refreshing hardware
- Understanding of firewall
- Network analysis
Location: Halifax / Banbury / Manchester
Hybrid: 2 days in the office / 3 days working from home
Pay Rate: 450/day Inside IR35 (You will work via an Umbrella company)
Contract: 6 months initial contract (potential to extend)
