Reporting to the Group HR Business Partner, you will provide vital administrative support across all HR functions, with a strong focus on training and recruitment needs.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department.
  • Assist with the coordination and delivery of training programs.
  • Support recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation.
Requirements:
  • Strong administrative background with proven experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • CIPD or part CIPD qualification is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
