If so, we have the perfect role for you, due to the expansion of our manufacturer models we are looking to recruit another Parts Adviser to add to our family.

What will your role look like?

  • Assist customers in finding the correct parts and accessories for their vehicles
  • Maintain accurate records of parts inventory and ensure stock levels are adequate
  • Place orders for parts from suppliers and handle special orders for customers
  • Promote and sell parts and accessories to customers, both in-person and over the phone
  • Provide technical information and advice to customers regarding parts and their applications
  • Process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims for parts
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of transactions, sales, and customer interactions
  • Work closely with service technicians and other departments to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of parts.
  • Organise and manage the parts storage area to ensure easy access and retrieval of parts
  • Stay updated on new products, parts, and accessories, and attend training sessions as needed
