As a Scrub Nurse, you will:
- Provide high-quality treatment and exceptional patient care in a theatre setting
- Work primarily in Ophthalmology, ensuring patient safety and excellent service
- Adapt to the changing needs of the business with flexibility
- Manage time effectively and communicate well both in writing and verbally
- Participate in a typical shift pattern of 4 days a week, 8am-6pm
The ideal Scrub Nurse will have:
- Registration with the NMC/HCPC
- Previous theatre experience
- A passion for patient safety and delivering excellent patient-focused service
- Flexibility to meet business needs and excellent time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
