- Engage with potential customers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms to generate leads and book appointments.
- Follow up on warm leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into sales appointments.
- Handle both inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Keep the CRM system updated with accurate customer information.
- Support the sales team by booking appointments, tracking activities, generating reports, and assisting with marketing efforts.
- Get involved in social media and marketing campaigns, helping to promote the business.
- Occasionally attend client visits and networking events.
- Previous experience in B2B telesales/telemarketing is great, but not essential—we’re happy to train the right person!
- A positive, confident, and proactive attitude towards sales and customer service.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills in a sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and office applications is a plus.
