Jonathan Lee Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and collaborative health & safety advisor to join our client's inclusive and welcoming team. This H&S Advisor contract role is based in Banbury and offers an attractive hourly rate.
As a H&S Advisor, you will analyse site risks and develop solutions to improve working conditions, industrial safety and environmental respect.
In your first few weeks in this Site HSE Advisor role, you can expect to:
- Propose an annual HSE action plan to site management
- Coach and support site management and employees in Group updates to HSE rules and guidelines
- Monitor legal compliance and manage the site's relations with local government and regulatory organisations.
To apply for this H&S Advisor role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:
A NEBOSH diploma qualification
- Previous operational experience in a plant or industrial environment
- Working knowledge of UK legislation pertaining to health, safety, and environment
- General knowledge of automotive production plant technologies.
