Following substantial growth, Quest Employment Banbury are now seeking an additional member in our friendly team.

We will consider candidates either with or without recruitment experience, providing applicants have good customer service skills, strong organisational skills, are fully computer literate and are happy to work in a fast paced environment.

The key responsibilities of this role include;

  • Building relationships with clients and candidates
  • Advertising live roles through all means available
  • Interviewing applicants
  • Matching candidates to suitable roles
  • Ensuring all candidates are registered and fully compliant
  • Communicating with & managing candidates throughout their assignments
  • Visiting client sites to hold service reviews & ensure satisfaction
  • Assisting with administrative tasks in branch including payroll
  • Resolving candidate & client queries
  • Involvement in new business generation
