We are seeking a dynamic HR Administrator to join our clients team on a full-time basis. This position starts as a temporary role with the potential to become permanent based on performance and business needs.Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
  • Manage employee records and update HR systems as needed
  • Handle HR-related inquiries from employees and provide assistance with policy and procedure questions
  • Coordinate and assist with employee training and development programs
  • Support payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely submission of information
  • Assist with employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to enhance overall HR services
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an HR administrative role or similar position
  • Strong organsational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
  • Positive attitude and a team player mindset
