Alma Personnel are proud to have partnered with their Banbury based client to recruit for an experienced HR Officer (generalist) to be based from their prestigious site.

You will be be supporting the head of HR with delivering the HR agenda and drive operational support with solid procedures for for the site and teams.

Duties :-

  • Full process of employee life cycle at the business from hiring to exit interviews
  • Review processes and policies for compliance whilst supporting continuous improvement to improve efficiency
  • Support team managers with employee relations and advising on Employment Law
  • Support the induction, development and training of performance management
  • Optimise the HR information system for attendance, time and ensuring accuracy of records and compliance
  • Support decision making and initiative direction
  • Assist and coordinate audits and other projects within HR
  • Act as mentor and support the development of trainee HR assistants
  • Attend various other sites to effectively carry out this position

CIPD Level 5 or equivalent

Essential 2 years minimum experience as HR generalist role

HR/Employee Relations advisory experience, min 2 years

Possess the ability to act as role model for the company's values

Excellent competency of IT literacy including MS Office suite of products.

Must have excellent written and verbal communication and confidence and interact at all levels with stakeholders
