Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced IT Support Technician to work for a manufacturing Company in Banbury, Oxfordshire. This company offers full training working alongside a supportive and patient Manager in a down to earth and friendly working environment.

Role: IT Support Technician

Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire

Hours: 37.5 hours per week 09:00 - 17:00

Contract: Contract (6 months)

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (Depending on experience)

Holiday Entitlement: 25 Days Annual Leave

Key Responsibilities of the IT Support Technician:

  • Provides IT support to users based in UK sites and supports homeworkers.
  • Manages and resolves tickets through SNOW (Service Now).
  • Installs, sets up, maintains and solves problems on computers, laser and thermal printers, tablets, handheld wireless scanners, photocopiers, Wi-Fi devices, mobiles and fixed phones
  • Updates current IT documentation (procedures, processes, diagrams, …) and creates new ones.
  • Works on local projects.
  • Manages the IT stock and anticipates the needs.
  • Network cable maintenance and installation.

  • Ability to work in an industrial, multicultural environment.
