Bennett and Game are proud to represent an award-winning Environmental Consultancy specializing in landscape, environmental, and residential projects in and around Oxfordshire. Our client is currently seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to join their expanding team.

This established consultancy is composed of specialists in Landscape Planning and Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA), serving both public and private sectors. As a Senior Landscape Architect, you will play a key role in a variety of projects, ranging from small to large-scale, across Residential, Industrial, Healthcare, and Commercial sectors. Alongside developing a vast portfolio, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary ranging up to £50,000, life insurance and hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in all aspects of projects within a collaborative team environment
  • Conduct Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIA)
  • Develop detailed designs and layouts
  • Produce both hand-drawn and computer-generated sketches
  • Create construction details
  • Manage client relationships professionally
  • Lead projects and mentor junior team members
  • Attend public, client, and team meetings

Position Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 3+ years of industry experience
  • CMLI (Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute) status is highly advantageous but not essential
  • Experience with LVIA
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is beneficial
  • Skilled in freehand sketching
  • Experience in project leadership and supporting junior staff is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative problem-solving abilities
  • Full, clean driver's license and own transportation are beneficial
